Nicholas "Nick" Theriot

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Nicholas “Nick” Theriot, 38, who died Wednesday, December 29, 2021.  He will be laid to rest at Broussard Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

He is survived by his son, Dakota Leighton Theriot of Kaplan; his father, John Theriot and his stepmother, Sandy Theriot of Kaplan; his maternal grandparents, Royal Hebert and his wife, Debbie and Velva Jane Hebert of Kaplan; his three sisters, Kalia Cormier of Gueydan, Alex Silva of Dripping Springs, TX and Cassie Theriot of Kaplan; and his two brothers, Jarrod Snell of Austin, TX and Bryan Snell of Taos, NM.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Hebert; his brother, Leighton Theriot; and his paternal grandparents, John and Leah Theriot.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM; Monday, January 3, 2022 from 8:00 AM until the time of the services at 1:00 PM.
