Pecan Island—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church honoring the life of Peggy Ann Conner, 71, who died Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Victor L. Conner of Kaplan; two sons, Derick Shane Conner and his wife, Crystal of Forked Island and Victor Lee Conner, Jr. of Kaplan; two daughters, Tonia Conner of Kaplan and Barbara Rose Conner Mayeaux and her husband, Beau Mayeaux of Alexandria; two sisters, Donna Verzwyvelt of Grand Lake and Helen Conner of Pecan Island; one brother, David Bourriague of Dequincy; one half sister; three half brothers; nine grandchildren, Jarryd, Stacey and her husband, Lance, Shantel and her husband, Josh, Keagan, Kendrick, Kimberly, Kaden, Lanie, and Lauren; and three great grandchildren, Ross, Landon, and Adleigh.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Friday, January 19, 2018 from 8:00 AM until the procession departs for the church.
