Raymond Guidry

Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Raymond Guidry, 91, who died Sunday, March 20, 2022.  He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

He is survived by his son, Calvin Guidry of Pasadena, TX; his daughter, Carol Boudreaux of Kaplan; his sister, Genevia Toups of Abbeville; two grandchildren, Samantha Lopez and her husband, Casey of Kaplan and Nicholas Boudreaux of Kaplan; and two great grandchildren, Jessa Lopez and Bryson Lopez.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula J. Guidry; his parents, Welfred and Amy Guidry; and three brothers, Clifton, Dudley, and Pierre Guidry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 8:00 AM until 9:45 AM when the procession will depart for the church.
