Richard Uriegas, Sr.

Kaplan — Memorial services will be held at a later date, honoring the life of Richard Uriegas, Sr., 66, who died Saturday, July 3, 2021 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Vickie Uriegas; his two sons, Richard Uriegas, Jr. of Kaplan and Paul Uriegas and his wife, Michelle of Atmore, AL; his two daughters, Mary Primeaux and her husband, Darin of Wright and Angela Uriegas and her wife, Jennica of Wright; his grandchildren, Chelsea Primeaux, Cole Uriegas, Hunter Uriegas, Hannah Uriegas, Brody Uriegas, Kinzie Uriegas, Adelynn Turner, Brynlee Turner, Sadie Smith and Thead Smith; his six sisters, Mary Ann and her husband, John of TX, Holly and her husband, Jimmy of TX, JoAnn of TX, Ada LeMaire of Kaplan, Opal Meaux and her husband, Jerrid of Kaplan and May Dora and her husband, Lonnie of Kaplan; and his two brothers, Danny Uriegas of TX and Max and his wife, Christine of Crowley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Marlene Uriegas; his son, David "Pickle" Uriegas; his sister, Shirley Uriegas; and his four brothers, Willie Uriegas, Jr., Michael Uriegas, Sr., Johnny Uriegas and Jerry Uriegas.
