Richard "Wine-O" Lebouef

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July  5, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Richard “Wine-O” LeBouef, 73, who died Saturday, July 3, 2021 at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice.  He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery with Deacon Bryan Istre officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Dewey Arcemont III, Adam LeBouef, Duncan LeBouef, Spencer LeBouef, Justin LeBouef, Roddy LeBouef. Honorary pallbearer will be Richie Stelly.

Richard retired from Tidewater, Marine Captain working in the Gulf of Mexico & Overseas.

He is survived by his four sisters, Earline Arcement of Indian Bayou, Rose (Russell) Marx of Eunice, Delores Stelly (Sandrus "Moutte") of Forked Island and Brenda LeBouef (Glen Leonard) of Cow Island; five brothers, Ernest "Big-Boy" LeBouef of Liberty Farm, Raymond LeBouef (Connie Greene) of Kaplan, Ricky LeBouef (Connie Gaspard) of Liberty Farm, Johnny Paul LeBouef (Brenda Vincent) of Kaplan and Eldridge Humble of Iowa; nieces and nephews, Dewey Arcement III (Susie), Robert Arcement (Diana), Andrew Arcement (Yong OK), Lela A. Frederick (Chad), Randall “Pete” Campbell (Tina Dore), Amy LeBouef, Roddy LeBouef (Jena Zaunbrecher), Andy LeBouef (Kayla), Angela Johnson (Willie), Paula Marx, Sandrus “T-Moutte” Stelly (Tiffany), Adlar Stelly (Natashia), Spencer LeBouef (Layla Brido), Hattie Lebouef (Jamey DAugereau), Justin LeBouef (Nicole Menard), Kora Broussard, Amelia LeBouef, Misty Touchet (Scott), Richard Stelly, Jr., Tiffany Stelly, Adam LeBouef (Priscilla Stephens), Ashley L. Delcambre (Bubba Matte), Duncan LeBouef (Amy Lee), Sheila LeBouef Mire (Calvin) and Derek Abshire (Jy); and several great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrus “Mulot” LeBouef and the former Vernice Breaux; two brothers, Andrew LeBouef and Rodney LeBouef; two brothers-in-law, Dewey Arcement, Jr. and Paul Marx Lamson; two sisters-in-law,  Odelia “Tobby” LeBouef and Rose “Tina” LeBouef; one great nephew, Kalix Broussard; and one great niece, Kennedy Stelly.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Sunday, July  4, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM; Monday, July  5, 2021 from 8:00 AM until the time of the services at 10:00 AM.
