Robert "Stephanie Stevens" Doucet

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 22, 2024 at Vincent Funeral Home in Kaplan honoring the life of Robert "Stephanie Stevens" Doucet, 59, who died Thursday, July 18, 2024 at his home. Mickie Miller will officiate the services. He will be laid to rest at Doucet Cemetery on a later date.

He is survived by his father, Percy P. Doucet of Welsh; five sisters, Shirley Doucet of Roanoke, Tina Guidry of Kaplan, Rebecca Vincent of Kaplan, Buffy Suire of Kaplan, and Heather Doucet of Welsh; three brothers, Calvin Doucet, Sr. of Lyons Point, Bobby Louviere of Klondike, Keith Doucet of Rayne; two special goddaughters, Lydia Hernandez, and Hayesle Louviere; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy K. Louviere; one brother, Joshua Louviere; his stepfather, Bobby Louviere, Sr.; and stepmother, Margie Doucet.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Sunday, July 21, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM; Monday, July 22, 2024 from 8:00 AM until the services begin at 2:00 PM.
