Roland Joseph Simon

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October  6, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Roland Joseph Simon, 77, who died Monday, October 4, 2021 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce; son, Todd Simon and his wife, Phylis; daughter, Tammy Simon and her husband, Leeward; step-daughter, Tiffany Bertrand and her husband, Dylan; grandchildren, Coy Simon and his wife, Danielle, Jade Simon, and Austin Simon; step-grandchildren, Alex, Princess, and Shug Bertrand; great grandchildren, Peyton Simon, Colton Roy, and Reese Roy, and Kadysen Simon; half-brother, Ronald Hebert; step-brother, Murcy Hebert; and sister, Fayetta Desormeaux.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Beatrice Bertrand Hebert; and father, Wilson Simon.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Wednesday, October  6, 2021 from 9:00 AM until time of services. A rosary being prayed at 1:30 PM.
