Ruby Suire Touchet

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Ruby Suire Touchet, 78, who died Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Abbeville General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Suire Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Phillip Touchet; her daughters, Darlene and her husband, Lloyd Cancienne of Thibodeaux and Kim and her husband, Bertis Brown of Pitkin; her step-children, Peggy and her husband, Leroy Rodriguez of Eunice, Felicia Frederick of Mandeville, and Phillip Touchet, Jr. of Mandeville; her four brothers, Clayton Suire of Maurice, Pervis Suire of Forked Island, Stanley Suire of Breaux Bridge and Lester Suire, of Breaux Bridge; her nine grandchildren; and her seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her two sons, Wayne and Kenny Bergeron; her grandson, Lance Bergeron; her parents, Avery Suire and the former Ida Trahan; and her two brothers, Noah and Clyde Suire.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 9:00 AM until the services.
