Shelton Paul Duhon

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Shelton Paul Duhon, 67, who died Saturday, April 16, 2022 at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice.  He will be laid to rest at Abshire Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife, of two and a half years, Anacin Duhon of Lafayette; four sons, Nick Duhon of Lafayette, Shane and Jacob Duhon both of Kaplan and Payton Duhon of Duson; his mother, Willa Simon of Kaplan; one sister, Debbie LeDoux of Kaplan; one half sister, Jennifer Hebert of Kaplan; three brothers, John Duhon of Lafayette, Jimmy Duhon of Kaplan and Royce Duhon of Deridder; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, Minus Duhon.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
