Wayne "T - Wayne" Lemaire

Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at St. David Chapel honoring the life of Wayne “T – Wayne” Lemaire, 63, who died Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at St. David Chapel Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Bernell H. Lemaire of Mulvey; his four daughters, Shantel Lege and Todd Thomas of Youngsville, Stacey Weber and her husband, Dennis of Denham Springs, Jessica Trahan and Bart Baudoin of Kaplan and Ashli Lafosse and her husband, Scott of Mulvey; his three sisters, Deborah Salas and husband, Roy of Lafayette, Sandra Lemaire  and Slim Leger of  Mulvey and Cecile Blackmer  and her husband, John of Mulvey; his brother, Bob Lemaire and his wife, Dolly of  Lafayette; his 12 grandchildren, Bailey, Tyler, Kelsey, Emily, Nathan, Kalli, Jake, Jayden, Trandon, Addison B., Jax and Addison; and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Will Paul Lemaire and the former Una Hebert.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 9:00 AM until the procession departs for the church at 12:30 PM.
