Wilfred Anthony Sonnier

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Wilfred Anthony Sonnier, 34, who died Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at LeBlanc Community Cemetery with Pastor Willie Williams officiating the services. Pallbearers will be, Jason Briggs, James Narcisse, Ashley Sonnier, Jennifer Barras, Scott Wisby, Rickey Menard Sr., and Dante Citizen. Honorary pallbearers will be Jean Boudreaux, Anna Sonnier, Barry Menard, and Samuel Narcisse

Wilfred is survived by three sisters, Jennifer Barras, Anna Sonnier, and Ashley Sonnier; and a brother, Patrick Sonnier

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theresa and Wilson Sonnier; grandparents, Marie and Wilfred Boudreaux and Olivia and Dudley Sonnier; godmother, Evelyn Rodrigue; stepfather, Norris Istre; three aunts, and three uncles.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Sunday, December 26, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM; Monday, December 27, 2021 from 8:00 AM until time of service.
