Zachary John Martin

Kaplan—Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery honoring the life of Zachary John Martin, 63, who died Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Garden Park Medical Center.

He is survived by his wife, Sherrie Egans Martin of Gulfport, MS; two daughters, Rataisha Green (Larry) of El Paso, TX and Stephanie Beard of Tacoma, Washington; four brothers, Tony Martin (Shibohn) of Galveston, TX, Reginald Martin (Marian) of Houston, TX, Abrom Martin (Prinathy) of California, and Kerry Martin (Norma) of Galveston, TX; one sister, Felicia Gaines (Magdi) of Humble, TX; six grandchildren; two bonus brothers, Marcell Broussard and Byron Brown Holmes; first cousin who was a bonus sister, Eva Dell Morrison; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Martin, Jr. and the former Mary Ruth Francis; two brothers, Christopher Martin and Gabriel Martin; and one sister, Tanya Martin Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Friday, July 24, 2020 from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM when the procession departs for the cemetery.
